She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and stays actively involved with the American Nurses Association as well as the Arizona Nurse’s Association. She has extensive experience as a Certified Critical Care Nurse involving Cardiovascular Nursing.
Ann believes four modifiable health risk behaviors (lack of physical exercise, poor nutrition, tobacco use, and excessive alcohol use) are largely responsible for much illness, suffering, pre-mature aging, and chronic disease. Therefore, she is passionate about connecting with patients about innovative approaches to empower them to attain their best level of wellness through preventative medicine and healthy lifestyle choices.
She is originally from Phoenix, Arizona and enjoys all that Arizona-living has to offer with her husband of 23 years and their four children.
